Frequently Asked Questions – Bouncy Castles St Helens
Do you have insurance and meet safety standards?
Yes, all our hires are covered by public liability insurance, and we work in line with the latest health and safety guidelines. Your wellbeing and the safety of your guests are always our top priority.
Are your inflatables inspected?
Absolutely. Every inflatable we supply is tested annually by certified professionals to ensure it meets the strict safety standards required for public and private use.
Can you set up on sloped gardens?
We can sometimes work with a slight incline, but very steep gardens are not suitable for inflatable setups. If your outdoor space isn’t flat, please let us know when booking so we can assess whether it’s safe for use.
When should I book?
Our availability fills up quickly, especially during weekends and holidays, so we recommend booking early. That said, we’re happy to help with last-minute bookings where possible – give us a call and we’ll do our best to assist.
What’s included in the price?
Our prices cover everything – delivery, professional installation, and collection. There are no hidden extras.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash on the day of hire or by bank transfer before the event. You’ll receive clear instructions once your booking is confirmed.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the St Helens region, including Parr, Prescot, Eccleston, Rainford, Rainhill, and Whiston. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch.
Can inflatables go on concrete or patios?
Yes, we can install bouncy castles on hard surfaces like tarmac or concrete. We use weighted sandbags and specialist anchoring equipment to keep the inflatable safe and secure. Just let us know your surface type in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
How much space is required?
Each inflatable has different space requirements, but as a general rule, we need around 1 metre (3 feet) of clear space at the front and back, and about 0.5 to 1 metre (2 to 3 feet) on each side for safe access and airflow.
What happens if it rains?
Most of our inflatables include built-in rain covers, but in heavy rain or strong winds, children should come off the inflatable for safety. We recommend keeping the castle inflated to prevent water collecting inside. Our equipment is weather-resistant, and you can easily dry the surface with a towel once the rain stops.
